Communicated clearly, showed up on time when they said they would (other traders don’t even bother showing up) so very pleased with the team. A part didn’t show up in time but they still cracked on and went to get the relevant part so the job could still be completed. All fitted as specified. Made sure I could connect to the charger app and it was all working before they left too.
