Jake was fantastic - great communication and worked tirelessly on the day to get through my list of items. House is now feeling more like a home thanks to Jake! He was happy to take on all jobs - including assembly of furniture and hanging some heavy/precious items. Luke was friendly, courteous and clean. Communication was great and whilst the original issue with the door was problematical/irrepairable, Luke came up with an alternative solution. I required my en-suite shower door fixing as well as some additional jobs such as cleaning extractor fans out. Jake provided good & timely comms on whatsapp so I was reassured there'd be no reliability issues on the day of the actual work (I've had issues with other tradesman no showing on other scoped jobs). He was friendly and delivered the work promptly and I was happy with the results.
