Amazing level of customer service! I called on Monday morning, they came within 2 hours to assess the property as I had requested a bespoke clean. A team came to 2 days later and did an absolutely fantastic job. They worked really hard, were very efficient , kind, courteous and stayed until the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company and their staff particularly as I have allergies and we needed a bespoke clean that was outside of their scheduled service. They could not have been more accommodating. I look forward to hiring them again.

Elaine Cleaning Services cleaned my late parents’ house top to bottom, and also cleaned the carpets. With the cleaning, they forgot to do one thing and came back to do it before I’d even noticed. They also said that if there was anything they had missed, they would rectify it. The difference in the carpets is amazing, some of them now look brand new. Happy to recommend.
