  Very erratic worker & unreliable

  The 1st job Eric Kelly did was some sealant in the bathroom, boxing piping behind the toilet, & odd jobs. He did an ok job. He came back 2 plumb in a dishwasher & washing machine. Despite knowing that this was what he came 4 he had 2 go 3 times for parts. The last time he had 2 ask 4 cash as he had none on him! He was very late without saying why & kept taking phone calls. He didn't complete job & promised 2 come back but claimed that he is snowed in. Not heard from him 48 hrs despite several messages left. He did some very sloppy work too & now waste stack is leaking & I've 2 get someone else

  Work carried out to seal panels in bathroom and to fit some items on wall

  Did an excellent job. Was very pleased with their work. Had to come on bus with all his tools because van broke down but kept me informed of delay and still came despite the difficult journey.

  Eric did a good job. Unfortunately his van broke down but he kept me informed and he showed willing and came on tge bus instead. He did a good tidy job. Very happy and reasonably priced. Have asked him back for other work.

  Lay new bathroom lino and maintenance

  I hired Eric to lay a new lino and to do some general upkeep to my bathroom and he done a fantastic job! Great price and a top guy. I will be using him again and would recommend his service.
