Initially called Drain Unblock for a drain survey. Elliot responded quickly, identified the problem and fixed it. I asked his advice on another issue and he again identified the problem and fixed it. Both jobs were done quickly and efficiently with no fuss and Elliot kept me informed every step of the way. They were polite and friendly and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The service provided by Drain Unblock was exceptional. Elliott responded quickly, arrived on time and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. The diagnosis of our issue was explained clearly, with video evidence showing exactly what was happening inside the pipes-honest and transparent throughout. We obtained several estimates but Elliott’s quote was fair, competitive and excellent value for money. He is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy and the quality of his work is outstanding. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a drain specialist.
