Cleared fat ball in drain

The drain from the kitchen had started to overflow. Elliot came when he said and at short notice. He was unable to diagnose the problem in the time available at the first visit but returned promptly and recommended a course of action on the second visit. Unfortunately, because of the layout of the old drain, he couldn't reline it but cleared the blockage and left everything in good working order. Excellent communication throughout.

Repair a section of broken clay drain, relining, and install a new manhole

Elliot definitely knows his trade. He investigated our blocked drain, quickly found the causes (with CCTV) and explained them to me with a clear plan of what needed to be done to fix it. He was also upfront about his prices. A significant section of the clay drain required replacement, and he helpfully rescheduled his non-urgent work to finish our job within 2 consecutive days. I'm impressed with his communication; he listened to our concerns and always tried to explain everything until we were happy. The job was done efficiently, left clean and tidy. I'd not hesitate to recommend him.

Unblocking of Main Drain

Elliot provided a fast, professional, efficient and friendly service to unblock our drains. He responded promptly to all communication and was able to arrive on site well within 24 hours. He quickly determined the root cause of the blockage, took corrective action, and then gave us peace of mind with a CCTV inspection that the drain network at the property was completely clear. We highly recommend Elliot and won't hesitate to use him again for any future drain issues.

Blocked drain needing CCTV

Wow! So pleased I rang this company which I found on Checkatrade. Elliot found the cause of the blockage with the camera, quoted for the work needed and came out quickly to complete the job. He dug down to the clay drain run, replaced with pvc and ran a sleeve through the drain as there were displacements. Elliot talked me through all the stages, worked efficiently and cleanly, taking away all the old pipes etc. My property is over 100 years old so a new manhole cover was needed. I highly recommend Drain Unblock! Thank you Checkatrade!
