We needed drains unblocked and the service we received from Drain Unblock was excellent in every way. Quotes were all varied and a bit confusing from different services and Elliot phoned to explain the process and his fees very clearly, arrived very promptly, got the job done quickly and efficiently with no disturbance, and made thorough checks after completing work. Elliot replaced an old ubend pipe causing repeated blockages and relined. Additionally he replaced the crumbling brickwork around my manhole cover and reseating it. He kept me informed of exactly what he was doing, was reliable (kept me informed and turned up on time) courtesy and charged very reasonable price. Drain Unblock gave us the most competitive of the 3 quote we had for the work. The team was led by Elliot who provided a thorough assessment of our needs and was very attentive throughout the work. Work started within a week and took 3 days as planned. He and the team were very efficient and kept us informed with every step of their progress including photos.
