  Replacing condensate Pump on AC unit

  Kojo came out to fix my air con, which needed the condensate pump replacing. To be fair, he did a good job and got everything working again. My only issue was with the price. I was given one price over the phone, and then part way through the job I asked again just to make sure I had the correct price. I was then given a completely different price, with the difference being down to the cost of the replacement pump. If there had been a misunderstanding over the cost of the part, I think it would have been better to clear that up with me before starting the job. I also asked if I could see the invoice for the replacement pump, but Kojo was reluctant to show me one, which didn't really help. I'm happy to pay a fair price for the work and the parts, but I just think the costs should be clear from the start. The actual repair was good, but unfortunately the way the pricing was handled left me disappointed. I would recommend Kojo but be clear with him on the pricing.

  High quality and great value installation

  Kojo and his team installed a Daikan multi-room air conditioning system across three floors of my home. The workmanship is excellent and the installation is neat and professional. He dealt well with unexpected installation challenges, and his quote was more competitive than others, while also supplying higher quality Daikan units. I would happily recommend him.

  AC pressure test and vacuume

  My friend installed my 5-way split AC system while my house was being refurbished, but he didn’t have the specialist tools needed to complete the final commissioning. I found EJN Building Services on Checkatrade, and they responded almost immediately. They arrived within an hour, had all the correct equipment, and completed the job professionally without any issues. If you’re looking for someone to install, commission, or finish an air conditioning system, I would definitely recommend EJN Building Services. Great service, quick response, and a job well done.

  Aircon service and leak fix

  Kojo responded quickly to my request and arrived on time within 2 hrs on a very hot and busy day. He explained what he was going to do clearly and resolved my Aircon leak and did a thorough job of serving and cleaning my indoors and outdoors units. I will be sure to book him for my next service. Great job, very nice and polite guy. Highly recommended.
