Gary came out promptly to quote, managed to fit me in quickly and started and finished the job when he’d said he would. He also fixed some rotten joists that were found whilst carrying out the work and replaced the flooring. All the work is to a high standard and everything was left very tidy. Gary was very informative and helpful. I’d highly recommend EJC Builders.

Gary attended promptly, gave us a full description of the work required and what the cost would be. Was always on time on subsequent visits, and work was done to a high standard. Site was cleaned by him afterwards. All paperwork and guarantee were delivered shortly afterwards.

I had a very prompt response to my request for a quote (called same day to inspect and provided a quote the following morning). I was looking to have the work done as quickly as possible and Gary was able to make a start just four days after the quote was accepted. Everything was explained fully and the work was carried out professionally and as tidily as possible. Very satisfied customer!

Recently contacted Gary at EJC due to areas of rising damp in downstairs rooms. Came out promptly and explained clearly what was causing the problem and how the issues could be resolved. Kept us informed of each step as work was carried out while keeping mess to a minimum and tidying as they went. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Gary did damp proofing work in two areas of the sitting room and one area in the hall. He's done an amazing job, explained to me what he was doing every step of the way.
