I initially posted a job with Checkatrade for simply replacement guttering for my garage - the existing downpipe having become completely detached - but when EF Home Improvements came out, it was identified photographically that the garage roof was badly buckled in one corner. As the existing garage roof was installed over 25 years ago, I agreed to have a replacement rubberised flat garage roof/fascias as well as new guttering to the rear rather than just an isolated repair. The work was completed totally to my satisfaction with a 25 year guarantee and within timeframes advised.

Communication first class, did exactly what it said on the tin. Ernest was first class in all aspects, turned up on time, very helpful and friendly. All work completed quickly and efficiently and all rubbish removed, if it wasn’t for the new fittings you wouldn’t know they had been there, expertly cleaned up. I am looking to book Ernest and his team again later this year and would definitely recommend him. First class job, thank you.

Communication was clear and honest. Very much like Ronseal they did "exactly what it says on the tin" ... with no fuss. The work was completed quickly, it looks neat and professional, the team were friendly, and all mess was cleaned up and taken away. There was no doom and gloom when the quote was given - just a "to the point" and straight forward summary of what needed doing. There has been some additional work suggested, but again this was just shown on a video, with a sensible suggestion of timescale. We'll have no hesitation to put this work through EF Home Improvements. 100% recommend!

Following a thorough roof inspection with digital documentation it was then possible to discuss the alternatives for effecting repairs of the ridges, valleys and broken tiles on the roof. Great communication. Work was schedule to begin within less than a fortnight, the first stage being the erection of the scaffolding. The 4-man crew arrived on the day and time agreed and carried out the work in 2 full days. Full digital documentation of work and results. Excellent clean up afterwards. Professional, experienced, polite; would engage again if ever needed. Highly recommend their services.
