Although the job started over 2 hours late than expected, the electrician did call in advance of the allocated time slot to advise he was running very late and then called again to say he was almost there. Upon arrival, replace my smoke alarams in the hallway and upstairs landing efficiently. Throughout the whole job he aplogise for the late running multiple times. Very satisfied and very polite.

Communication with the office was clear and responsive. The work was carried in a short time.

id tried to change a light switch but forced the old one off. in so i'd pulled some wires loose and i couldnt for the life of me figure out where things needed to go in this 2 way circuit. the work was carried out very quickly and professionally and even got to teach me where i'd gone wrong and how to solve similar problems in the future
