  We had our 2 bedroom house fully plastered internally and the outside re rendered

  Andrei and his crew exceeded our expectations. They were diligent and timely and did a fantastic job. We had undergone some structural changes (new windows etc) and so the rooms were in desperate need of plastering. After the internal work was finished the team took care in removing and rubbish/floor coverings and tidying the space. The quality of the plastering was so great that the rooms looked pristine when completed. We also needed a full re-render of the outside of the property which was again complete to a high standard. Communication was great and any changes we needed were received well.

  External wall insulation and render

  A team of very professional, punctual and hard working individuals. The job required external insulation and a silicone render on a semi-detached house which was completed to a high standard and well within time frame. When in doubt, I was advised on materials (types of render and insulation, advantages, disadvantages, even the colour!). The team made the whole process relatively stress and mess free and a 10 year warranty gave me additional peace of mind. Couldn't fault them if I tried! Well done Efficient Build team, I am a very happy client!

  Silicone render over detached 1920s pebbledash property

  We were looking to render our detached 1920s property with silicone render over pebbledash. We had a few quotes but Ciprian’s was the most professional and well explained. They arrived on time and their team couldn’t have been more conscientious, friendly, polite and hard working. They also replaced some down pipes, installed soffits and dealt with light fittings and some minor roof issues. We were kept informed of progress throughout and Ciprian was always on hand for any questions. Extremely happy with the final finish along with the 10 year guarantee. Would highly recommend.

  Silicone rendering of the outside of house

  A fantastic job by Andrei and his team who completely transformed our home. Andrei gave us a very reasonable quote and didn't do any hard sales pitches which was much appreciated. The team were very professional, (especially Johnny) friendly and very hardworking who took pride and were passionate in ensuring we were happy with the end result. They were on the ball about any ideas they had to improve the final look all whilst ensuring that everything was left tidy and organised at the end of each day. Highly recommend and give sincere thanks to Andrei and the team for making our house a home.
