The team continued to visit my property to check on activity well beyond the paid for 3 visits to ensure I was comfortable the pests were gone. They also advised on how to cover air bricks to prevent any return. Highly recommend.

I had a sudden worrying appearance of a rat in my kitchen. I phoned them and had a very helpful duscussion followed by a visit only 2 hours later, which amazed me. He was very thorough. It was clear that the rat had left but he put down 2 sorts of poison where it was last seen, and a trap in the garden. I had 4 follow up visits until he found the indoor poison was still untouched, and, eventually the poison was no longer being taken from the trap. I was very impressed with this firm.
