Had a wasps nest in the guttering / roof of our house so called effective pest solutions who could arrive the very next day which was great. Kush arrived on time and dealt with the nest quickly and it was a painless experience, all around great job would recommend.

Something was chewing and destroying cables and accessing the loft, chewing insulation. EPS were able to take a look the day after the call. In short, analysed the issue, a process of elimination resulted in a squirrel being the likely problem, looked at likely entry points. EPS returned for the follow up appointments as arranged. The problem had been identified, and was then solved quickly. After the job was done and the correct access point closed up, EPS spotted a possible future access point, which he then closed to avoid future issues.

I have been so impressed with the level of service provided by Kush. It wasn’t an easy job being in a top floor flat but he has worked without any additional stress to me to get a resolve to the issues I’d had in the eaves of the roof. He is so knowledgable and knew the best approach throughout and I would have no hesitation to recommend him and his team in the future
