I had an estimate and for 2 months, despite constantly chasing for them to attend the job,I was always promised it would be the week after. I was then told that they had received some sad news so I gave them another 3 weeks by which time the leak had penetrated my ceiling and I had a constant drip everytime it rained. I again messaged them twice which they did not show the courtesy to even respond.
