We’ve had an excellent experience with our plumber. He has carried out the plumbing work throughout our entire house during our recent renovation, and the quality of his work has been outstanding from start to finish. He was absolutely reliable — always turning up exactly when he said he would, which is rare these days. He’s also incredibly generous with his time, never rushing the job and always making sure everything was done properly. “WOW” what a reliable and professional company. We were extending our en-suite and Alex came around to do an estimate and discuss what we wanted at a time that was convenient for us. He talked us through what would need doing and made some suggestions that made sense, that we never thought off. Alex co ordinated the builder etc to work around him and everything was done within the timeframe. Extremely pleased with the professional work ethic and the standard of finish was outstanding, we would definitely recommend this company and Alex was friendly, approachable and reliable.

Alex fitted a completely new upstairs bathroom for me. I first contacted him in March. He was clear about when he would be able to do the work, how much time it would take, and communicated with me on a regular basis regarding choices of colour and equipment. He made several visits to my home to check plans, take measurements and so on. The work started on time and was a little extended but for very good reasons which were clear to me. All in all Alex was a dream to work with. I am thrilled with the finished result and recommend him without hesitation.

Trev is our go to plumber. Very comfortable having him in my house while my husband is working. We’ve used him a couple of times now and also recommended him to my in laws, which I wouldn’t do lightly. Professional without being stuffy and very knowledgeable about what he does. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
