EDJ was great he did not give any false sales pitch about parts needed, just told it as it was, good communication and knowledge of products. Friendly and fairly local which is always good. Cost was reasonable too so all in all we are very happy with the service. Will certainly use again for any problems or servicing.

Requested a quote from EDJ Stairlift Services for my mother`s stairlift, Mark responded immediately and arranged to call in within 48 hours. Arrived promptly as discussed and completed the service with no issues. Just shows independent stairlift service engineers are better value than the big named suppliers. Mark came out the very next day after I contacted him the night before via Checkatrade. he let me know when to expect him. he was kind and polite. efficient. explained in detail what the problem was. his price was excellent value for the service received. I would recommend his service to anybody.

Mark rang me quickly and told me when he would come, he said he would text half an hour before arrival which he did. He explained to me what the problem was and fixed it. He also checked the Stairlift over. He is easy to talk to, explains things in terms which I could understand and did a thorough job. I would certainly recommend him and he doesn’t rip you off.
