First class response from Mark. Stairlift breakdown left elderley disabled lady unable to go upstairs. Breakdown reported mid morning on Sunday and repaired that afternoon. Excellent service.

Mark came out the same day to Uttoxeter to fix my mothers stairlift, he knew the problem was the battery, just from conversation, he fixed with a new battery, after testing the old one, and serviced it for free! Would highly recommend this local service engineer. Fair price too! Quick, friendly and efficient. Thank you Mark!

EDJ was great he did not give any false sales pitch about parts needed, just told it as it was, good communication and knowledge of products. Friendly and fairly local which is always good. Cost was reasonable too so all in all we are very happy with the service. Will certainly use again for any problems or servicing.

Requested a quote from EDJ Stairlift Services for my mother`s stairlift, Mark responded immediately and arranged to call in within 48 hours. Arrived promptly as discussed and completed the service with no issues. Just shows independent stairlift service engineers are better value than the big named suppliers. Now booked in for service annually, thanks again Mark
