Contacted me via text to agree a time slot for their surveyor to attend my property. We agreed an 11am appointment but they never turned up and didn’t even contact me to let me know they couldn’t make it. Very disappointing as I had to rearrange my schedule for that day to accommodate them attending.

From start to finish. everything went smoothly. the Edinburgh roof company responded to our request quickly. The workers arrived on time. completed the work with efficiency and cleaned up well afterwards A job well done. We will use this company again if required in the future
