David and his team were very professional. They arrived on time everyday. They used protective sheets to protect the flooring - we didn’t have a single scratch anywhere on the flooring. Apart from that there were technical details which he sorted with the architects and engineers, talking to them directly. Reliable and hard working. Started as agreed and completed project within clear time frame. We were away for the first week of the project and they were trustworthy and easy to work with. Kitchen needed structural work and a new concrete floor in an old house and they were adaptable and pragmatic with only minor additions to the original quote. They came back a week after completion when there was a minor plumbing problem from a faulty part which they sorted out. I would highly recommend Edinburgh bespoke Renovations Ltd. My contact was David who saw me right through the process, taking time to answer all my questions and queries. The workmanship was excellent, the quality of the finish product exceeded my expectations and they left my flat cleaner than when they started. Work got completed in a timely manner without delays. All the of his team who I met were friendly and David is a real people pleaser, you can tell that he takes pride in his work, I will be using his expertise again for future projects!
