  Full 2 bed Gut and renovation

  Edi completed a full interior renovation of my ground floor flat. What started as a cosmetic refresh became a complete gut job after discovering damaged wiring, failing plaster and rotten joists. He managed everything including rewire, replumb, plastering, flooring, kitchen fit and decorating. Punctual, quick and always upfront about issues, talking me through options before agreeing a way forward. Very trustworthy with premium finishes. 100% my go-to for any building work.

  Ed did a really good job. Complete overhaul of downstairs toilet. All plumbing, flooring and walls. Very professional. I would hire him again.

  Really great job! Edi is a friendly and professional tradesman, and his experience shows in his enthusiasm and thorough knowledge when doing a task. Edi and his team took down one of my chimney stacks and were there every step of the way when dealing with the council. A very dusty back-breaking job, but they left the house clean and spotless every time they left. Kitchen ceiling was taken out to resolve a leak, and despite all the years of dust from the old house, they cleaned up and left the house in a better state than it was previously in! Works solidly everyday, highly recommend!

  Great work removing an internal solid wall!

  Edi removed a solid wall for us between the kitchen and the dining room. He was very professional, polite and helpful. He responded to our enquiries promptly and came around to take a look at the job at the same day. His quote was very competitive and he carried out the work at a high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend his services and we are planning further works with him.

  Quality of work in a good price

  I was recommended to Edi by friends and he didn’t disappoint. He carried out my ground-floor open-plan renovation, including demolition, new plumbing and electrics, flooring, ceiling insulation, plastering decorations, and noise-cancelling plasterboard. I’m very satisfied with the results, especially the new partitions and the excellent installation of my 120x120 tiles. Edi always consulted me when unexpected issues came up and remained friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely use him again for my garden and other projects.

  Skilled & thorough

  A selection of decorative works - front elevation of house repairing & repainting fascia below bay window; internal repainting of living room, bathroom ceiling and bedroom ceiling - damaged when roof was replaced last year - not by EDI). EDI is very thorough & methodical, always uses the correct materials, doesn't compromise on standards. Used him before, will use him again.
