Friendly bunch, but... 1) Turned up late 2) They left a sycamore tree partially pollarded because didn't have the right equipment on the day... 3) Didn't finish the job 4) Couldn't tell me when they'll be able to finish. I think they just took on too many jobs and are prioritizing new customers. They still charged me for half the job. I would have preferred a more honest approach.

Great service and advice from Eden Tree Surgery. They trimmed down a hedge row that had got out of control. Done quickly, very neatly and now looks excellent again. They also cleared up all the cuttings and left the whole site clean and tidy. Highly recommend their services.

Had some quotes from a number of tree surgeons for this work ranging from reasonable to comically high. Andrew stood out as very respectful when he visited to quote and his quote was in line with the reasonable end of things so we booked him in. They arrived when they said they would, did the work to a high standard (cap trim cherry tree, trim yew, remove ivy, and remove significant portion of conifer to boundary line), and went above and beyond even checking with neighbour about a portion of cherry tree without being asked. Would highly recommend Eden tree surgery.

Andy came in the morning to view the job and give a quote. Sam, David and Mark came as promised the same afternoon, and did the job (trimmed the Apple tree, cut out a Pyracantha and a dead Lilac, trimmed and shaped a bush and the front hedges). Any debris was cleared and taken away, no hassle at all. Excellent work all round. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.
