  Refurbishment of damage caused by escape of water

  Constantin provided a detailed and professionally prepared quotation for the work. He also went out of his way to complete the work within the narrow time window I had available. The carpenter and plasterer delivered quality work. It included the replacement and redecoration of ventilation ducts and walls and the repair and plastering of two concrete ceilings. On the first day of the project, the wooden floors and bathroom tiles and mirrors were professionally protected. Constantin and Stefan's communication about the progress with the project was excellent.

  Loft insulation and roof work

  The loft needed clearing, which ER did, put some boards and used thick insulation material. There was a leak by the chimney which required sealing on the roof around the chimney and replacing some tiles. ER was able to deal with all aspects of the work, very professionally and expertly (on a very cold day). Inside the house, they protected the hallway and stairs and cleaned thoroughly after the work was finished. I can’t praise them enough for their excellent work and their courteous manners. I highly recommend them.

  Kitchen renovation

  Chris and Stephan renovated my kitchen and utility for me. The team worked tirelessly to get the job done in a short space of time and to a very high standard. They were respectful, punctual, patient and went above and beyond to tailor the work to suit my requests. They also stayed late one evening to bring the kitchen delivery up to the flat which I could never have done as a person living alone. A huge thank you to Chris, Stephan and the rest of the team. I really highly recommend them

  Bathroom shower installation

  Eden renovations have done several jobs for me. Today it was to change a shower. I recommend them 100%. Their work is impeccable, they find the best way to install things, they don’t leave a speck of dust and are extremely courteous, helpful, pleasant. Excellent firm.
