Alan fitted a boiler for me in August. First of he never arrived when he was supposed to, he then came the next day and started the job, spread it over 3 days when it should’ve been done in 1.5 days. Central heating pipe connected to boiler burst open in the middle of the night gushing out water. He claims he has moved to Riyadh and can’t help me. I have paid someone else to sort the pipe out and they have advised me my boiler warranty is also void as he hasn’t sealed the flue which is against regulations. Alan gave us a competitive quote for a boiler replacement and came to do the job in the same week. He was thorough and professional throughout. He communicated effectively throughout. The job went smoothly and he tidied up after himself. I'm very happy with the result and happy that we chose Alan to carry out the work. Job location: G64From start to finish Alan was very polite and efficient. He fitted a new heated towel rail and plinth heater as well as moved our Vokera boiler along the wall in preparation for installing our new kitchen. Very tidy workmanship and value for money. would highly recommend.
