Adam was friendly, thoughtful and gave really good advice to us. He worked really hard and did a great job, including dealing with some unforeseen issues. He came round to do the quote. went away, gave us a quote without the decking saying gravel would be better than decking. I said we really want decking then he never came back to me with a quote. text him twice, still no reply, obviously didn't want to do it. So sorry you feel we let you down. I do have your emails you sent but not texts. We were all ill during that time so may have not got back to you. Re gravel section, it was just a cost effective idea.
