Contacted them online, they phoned back arranged a date, he phoned the day before to change the day to the next week but no one came on the second appointment. We made phone call and were told to phone the person who was supposed to turn up, he told us he would not be coming but could come two days later. We declined. We made sure we were here for both appointments by changing our arrangements but we're let down both times. The people who recommended him were really embarrassed but it was not there fault. Thank you, thank you! Well worth the money to get the overwhelming backlog of tired cheap furniture, rammed loft and shed crammed with goodness knows what - all gone!
