I requested electric shower replacement service using the online form on the company's website. They replied very quickly, asked for a photo of the old shower, quoted the price, and asked about my available dates. The communication was very effective. The quality of work was great. Eddie is a competent specialist and a very polite and considerate person. I am happy with the experience.

Sonny and a team member removed and refitted a leaking walk in shower area. Their work was excellent. Very respectful re: rest of house. Managed to clean up and reuse items that didn’t need to be replaced. Cannot fault the quality of their work and already asked them to quote for more plumbing work. My only issue was with communication. Eddie was very difficult to get hold of at times. Not replying to calls/messages in the lead up to the work being done. Hopefully he can get some admin support to help in this area. Otherwise excellent work !

We recently hired EPS for a bathroom renovation, and they were absolutely outstanding, the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. Every question we had was met with a clear and effective solution, and throughout the entire process, they demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism and attention to detail. Everything was handled without a single issue. We’ll definitely be calling on them again for future work around the house. Highly recommended!

Eddie and his team fitted us in at short notice and totally refurbished our tired bathroom into a much more modern shower room. Eddie’s team were professional and hardworking throughout, were respectful of the rest of our property and the quality of the installation is excellent. A very happy customer thank you!
