This team were great - friendly and competitive on price. The install guys were efficient and tidy in their work and the customer service has been great the whole at though with regular comms. Really happy - our 22yr old conservatory looks new again!

We were unable to have what we wanted and other quotes were silly. Eco Enid came and told us what we could have instead and we were pleased with their ideas which overcame the problems of what we originally wanted. The workmen were efficient, polite, friendly and worked hard. We had extra work done by them as needed 2 sheds moved with a new concrete base which they did. Also boxed in some pipes etc We are so pleased with our new conservatory and pleased we chose Ecozenic. Would definitely recommend.

After initial confusion caused by the salesman giving an incorrect installation date and not specifying the job correctly, the outcome was of an acceptable quality and I took at face value the installers' assurances that the work would resolve the perceived problem.

Professional, friendly and dependable. They were the only organisation that we approached whom would accept to replace my conservatory sides in its entirety and prepare it for a different supplier to replace the roof. They accommodated the timelines and kept to the timelines, completing their work entirely, professionally and then clearing the site. Will use them again for the replacement of the rest of my windows.

Great experience all round - quick to get a quote, quick to agree an install date, were flexible when we had to re-arrange at short notice and completed the job quickly and well. The conservatory looks like a new room now!
