Within 48 hours of my contact with Joe, he had fixed our boiler, saving me, my partner, and our two dogs from certain hypothermia. No matter the trend, cold showers aren't cool. He was - Polite & Professional - Quick and Efficient - Went above and beyond (literally getting the part he needed in 24 hours) Joe is brilliant; I would not hesitate for a nano-second to recommend to others. 5 stars - would use again

Joe was a life saver when my boiler stopped working in the middle of January. He was able to work out and fix the problem really quickly and I could really trust his advice. Very reasonably priced too

Arrived on day and time as booked. Replaced boiler and moved to new place. Friendly and polite, kept my house clean and tidy and completed work in allocated time.

Joe attended to investigate a job after another plumber. He was very thorough and competent in his job. He responded super quick and provided a very comprehensive report of the fault that helped me to resolve the issue.

Joe came to our rescue when we needed our gas hob replaced, he disconnect our gas hob, connected our new one, plumbed our new dishwasher and fit 2 new taps in our kitchen and utility room. He really did a great job from start to finish and was very reasonably priced compared to some of the other quotes I got!

Needed a part changed on my boiler, was dreading the process as I know anything to do with boilers aren’t cheap in general. After contacting Joe at EcoWarm he arranged a day for me very quickly which was great as I was having cold showers, he was punctual turned up on time looked the part and most importantly the work was seamless.
