I've recently bought a house and needed an old gas oven, fire and wall heaters removed, as well as some old pipes capping out of sight. Ash arranged a date very quickly and despite it not being the easiest of jobs, he got all the work done within a couple of hours. He's a lovely chap and very helpful. I'll absolutely be recommending him to friends and family.

Friendly and efficient, clear explanation of problem with boiler and options for dealing with this. Second visit was required but this was only a few days later.
