  Ecotechstoves and Chimney Specialists were fantastic right from the start all the way through to installing the stove. I found Wayne and Sophie very helpful and always managed to answer any queries or uncertainties, with them sending pictures of examples and stating the different products they use and have. Wayne especially was very helpful and has a keen eye to detail. Ensuring things are done properly and to spec. His customer service was great and always put the customers first.   Excellent service, would definitely recommend

  Had a log burner and false chimney done plus plastering and oak beam by Ecotech and really happy with the work. From start to finish and initial quoting and booking in we had great customer service. They were really tidy while working and cleaned up between the two days they were here, super polite and explained each step of the process. The finished result is exactly how we had hoped.
