Wes came to address sounds in the loft. Over the 3.5 week treatment he was consistently patient, supportive and meticulous. He explained in full what he was doing and what we needed to do. He conducted both treatment and prevention on our behalf. Though I hope we never need this service again, if we do we'll certainly call Wes straight away. I feel very reassured having had him here.

I contacted this company as we saw a rat in our garden. They came that afternoon and put the stuff down and then told us exactly what had been done and that they would be back the next week. They are keeping a very close eye on things. I would definitely recommend this company. They have a friendly approach and take time to explain everything.

Wes is reliable, expert and successful in dealing with pests. He has helped us 3 or 4 times. If we have a pest problem again we will have no hesitation in contacting him.
