Ecostructive glaze ltd works hard with full time service engineers to provide an exemplary customer service where we aim to contact all service cases within 48 hours to book the required works and address any issues as promptly and professionally as possible.
Present a full report that we can detail and send in daily with use of up-to-date tablets (3G equipped).
We can provide extra labour if required for urgent cases to make sure these cases do not affect the usual lead times.
We can provide out of warranty works for the customer which we can price directly.
We can also carry out works direct for the main contractor.
At ecostructive Glaze we are happy assuming as big a role in your project as deemed necessary.
When employed directly for manufacturers/suppliers on large scale developments, we have vast experience in project management, co-coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the job is done and done well.
Nevertheless, we can offer bespoke packages to suit all needs, so no job is ever too small.
