  Slow reponse and not great quality

  Quote was competitive and the explanation of what needed doing was thorough. I needed to chase to get information on progress and a date for works. Works were done in 1 go. Neatness on the beading was not good - uneven edges now given black beading on white. I contacted back in 1 day as the conservatory door was catching the lip of threshold more than before. I have received no response despite chasing. I wouldn't recommend despite saving a few quid.

  The job was arranged very quickly on a date that was convenient for me. The communication throughout the day was excellent. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Completed the job very quickly. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
