I recently contacted Eco Systems Group for help reconnecting my solar panel system after switching to a new WiFi network. I was having trouble getting everything back online, but they were incredibly prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced—no rip-off quotes, which was a relief! They sent out Dan, who was absolutely brilliant. He got everything up and running smoothly without any hassle. I’m so impressed with the service and professionalism. Thank you so much! We wanted a review of our existing PV installation, and Dan came out to give the whole system an inspection. He had some helpful advice to give, facilitated the replacement of a faulty part under warranty, and was professional and non-pushy throughout.

Daniel arrived promptly and carried the works quickly and kept us informed of progress.

The initial contact and calls where polite and speedy. We where told by the surveyor a PIV ventilation system was required for the grant and we would have to pay towards the cost. This was all agreed and paid. The cavity insulation was carried out quickly. During the insulation the team ignored the surveyors guide and climbed on the conservatory polycarb roof with no boards. After this we waited for the electrician to install the PIV. Many calls, multiple promises made , missed dates, equipment not ordered and never once followed up on. Over 6 months to get the PIV fitted we had paid for.

Dan was wonderful! We had no clue what panels and equipment we'd been left with after purchasing our house. Dan surveyed everything, fully walked us through all of the kit, and answered every single one of our questions. Set our minds right at ease, and helped us work out exactly what we had, and what scheme they were likely on. Cannot recommend enough!!
