Callum came to address a heat pump not working, which it turned out was due to mice eating through a length of plastic pipe and taking the pressure out of the system. He quickly sourced the location, replaced the pipework (copper) and went as far as providing pest control recommendations as well as decorators to repair the small area of ceiling. Recently he has returned to service our heat pump, seal our bath, install new timer controls for our bathroom radiators and install a radiator in the loft. He is knowledgeable, reliable, a good communicator, tidy and very pleasant. Strongly recommend.

Callum followed up the initial contact quickly and visited soon after to discuss the job. His quote was very competitive and he said it would be 3 days work . We agreed the dates and he followed up the day before with confirmation. He turned up each day on time, stayed all day each day until he completed the job and cleaned up after himself each day . The work was done to a very high standard. He’s friendly, professional and trustworthy. A pleasure to have in my home. The bathroom looks amazing.

Callum @ EcoSource turned up exactly when he said he would. A friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable chap. He certainly seems to know all there is to know about heating systems. He told me what he would be doing, and showed me the results during the day, it was really overdue a flush. Even fixed a leaky stopcock free of charge for me. Would be very happy to use him again and to recommend him to others.
