Did an excellent job on a roof that was difficult to access. Dealt with promptly once the job had been agreed

Sadly I was not able to be at home when the work was done so was not able to talk through with Jamie to discover the problem that they had encountered. Once we were able to talk on the phone Jamie was able to confirm that he 'would swing by' the next day to complete the work. Roof shows no signs that slates have been replaced/ A good job. Eco Roofing responded immediately to my request for a quote, and were able to call on us the same day! The team were friendly, professional, and explained in detail how to best look after our velux windows and what makes them susceptible to issues. They saved us the cost of a repair job with a quick fix.
