Ian turned up quickly with the right equipment, to rectify my blocked drain. He carried this out without hesitation and my drain was working within the hour. Done what was intend and cleared pipes that were obviously blocked causing sink and bath to drain slowly. Only negative point is that I wasn’t informed that they would charge extra due to distance to job. I advertised the job and they said they could do it. It meant the job ended up being costly, and if I’d have known I would have found someone more local that wouldn’t have had to charge for travelling. Would highly recommend We had a leaking toilet and we rang early morning and within 2 hrs the toilet was fixed. Lovely friendly guy and very knowledgeable. Great service! Ian arrived on time and, despite a number of access problems, was able to clear the blockage and get the system flowing again. He was courteous and polite, and gave us a number of useful suggestions as to how we might avoid similar problems in the future.
