I rarely leave reviews, but Eco Repairs truly deserve one. My washing machine broke down right before the weekend and I was dreading having to wait days for help. I called Eco Repairs and was pleasantly surprised they booked me in for the next day, gave me a clear two-hour slot, and the engineer arrived right on time. He was so friendly and professional, took the time to explain what had gone wrong, and ran proper tests before starting the repair. Used Wet Vac for taking water out so that there would be no damage to floor. Within 40 minutes, my machine was back to life!

Highly Recommend! After waiting for spare parts, when they finally came engineer installed them into our Beko washing machine professionally and quickly. Was very pleasant to talk to and the appliance is now working perfectly!
