I called Freddie on 10th September '25 to deal with a wasps' nest at the home of my elderly parents. He offered to come out the same day, but we agreed on the 11th for convenience. He arrived early, removed 2 nests promptly and carefully and did some extra work for no additional charge. Exceptional service!

What I thought was a wasp nest,turned out to be a non stinging bee nest. Freddie was extremely helpful with his advise and told me exactly what to do. He was prompt, helpful and trustworthy and all at no cost to myself. I would definately use again if needed.

We had a serious flea problem in the house. I contacted EcoPest and I had a visit the next day. I found Freddie to be very communicative and went above and beyond with our situation. We had to have an extra visit and he was very accommodating

Responded quickly with a sensible quote, carried out work at my partners house within 24hrs, plus respray should wasps still be causing a problem, couldn't have asked for more. Happy to recommend 😊
