Freddie was very helpful and also quick to respond. He kept us updated as to how he was going to tackle the problem and came back to check 3 times. He also "mouse proofed" our house for us to hopefully stop future problems.

I was mortified to discover I had rats in the subfloors of my Victorian house. With a baby and young child in the house I knew I needed to get the professionals in! Thats when Freddie came to my rescue, responding within an hour to my request on check a trade and arranged to come over that day. He explained the cost and what he would do over 3 visits on the phone and was true to his word. Within an hour of his first visit he had assessed the exterior of the home and identified how and where they were entering and by the third visit they were eliminated and holes blocked. Freddie is a very personable and knowledgeable pest controller! Very reasonably priced, punctual and very thorough! He located the source of the unidentified scratching in our loft, and suggested how to remedy further occurrences, as the source of the problem was not on our property. Traps and bait set but not activated, but peace of mind is priceless!

Fast and efficient service

From the start, Freddie communicated clearly and promptly- he set out his approach and the cost involved ( which was very reasonable) in our first phone contact. He carried out a forensic survey to identify where the rodents was active and the likely points of entry. He used a motion-sensitive camera in my loft which clearly showed where the rat was coming in. This preparatory work resulted in the rodents being caught and the points of entry being made rodent-proof. Freddie is very pleasant, very knowledgeable and very hard-working and reliable. I highly recommend him.
