Emergency call out on Sunday afternoon to fix my elderly mum’s front door (key stuck in lock and unable to close the door). Arrived promptly, explained lock was broken and needed replacing, ordered part and did temporary fix so door would close securely. Came back this morning, fitted new lock and provided extra keys. Charge was detailed per item and very reasonable. Highly recommended!!
