1.67 £620 Move and Total Chaos

Job location: N7I was explicitly confirmed in writing by Elmira, who manages bookings, that my trusted movers would handle my move. Instead, strangers showed up- one of whom appeared intoxicated. Several of my belongings were damaged, and despite raising these issues, the company offered no apology and no response. This is completely unprofessional and unsafe. Charging £620 for this level of incompetence is unacceptable. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.9.5 Moving house from furniture storage.

Firstly they sent three geezers for my move. This meant I was able to just sit in the car while they cleared the storage unit. The guys moved my furniture from Birmingham to Kidderminster, i cannot fault them in any way. The communication regarding quotes , times and billing was regular and easy to understand. Absolutely amazing service from Raj, Edward and Sam today! Packed all my things and delivered it to storage safely. They arrived bang on time and completed the job professionally.
