Communication through the app was good, very prompt responses and up front about costing and timings. Plumber arrived at the time agreed, pleasant and personable, cracked on with the task at hand. We'd also had an issue fitting a kitchen tap with the hot water fitting leaking when water turned on, turns out the fix was very simple, not patronising at all and advised what the problem was. Very happy with the service and will use again when needed.

Excellent couldn’t fault the workmanship carried out by this company. Arrived every morning on time cleaned up after themselves daily. So pleased with the work carried out asked them to do extra work. Would highly recommend.

I had called and spoke to Stephen a number of times asking about an outside tap. As it wasn’t as straight forward to fit but Stephen and his team made light work of the job very clean very tidy job highly recommended
