From start to finish, they were very easy to deal with. Informative and quick to respond to any questions. The work carried out was great, we had a joke together and I would highly recommend.

Came when they said they would, carried out the work to resolve the issue and pointed out a number of basic mistakes that the original builders had made. Tidy and clean - refreshing to have a plumber who a) actually is prepared to do a small job, b)arrives when they say they will and c) fixes the issue. Would recommend.

The engineer was on time and very clear when explaining what was being done. Really tidy and took care within our home. He was a really nice guy and we would most certainly recommend him to others and we would have him carry out works where necessary if needed in the future.
