The plumber arrived on time and replaced a part which fixed the problem. He explained what he had done and tested the toilet. Very pleasant chap, no mess and a job well done. Have used before and will do again. Highly recommend

After a small delay to the conversation regarding the quote for the shower repair it was completed to an excellent standard Would definitely recommend eco heat to anyone needing work to be carried out to a high standard

The plumber did a good job and turned up on time That said the quote we were given was extortionate and we were let to believe that the bathroom needed more work than it actually did. We raised our concerns, but unfortunately the salesman was unhelpful and very rude to my husband. Considering we are the customer, we where treated very unfairly, and felt that once they had the deposit for the job they weren't really interested. They were sitting on this money for two months before the job was actually done. Overall not a good experience at all, but we live and learn.

From start to finish Ecoheatph were professional in their manner from getting the quote arranging the finance explaining how we could pay dealing with their customer service was so easy and friendly Our Boiler installer Chris was punctual arrived on time explained how everything was going to go and what time he would be finished he was a very helpful and friendly chap we decided to go out as we wouldn’t have any heating or water and ring us once he’s was done we got back home Chris was tidying up and explained how everything worked overall I would highly recommend Ecoheatph 10/10

Mathew turned up on time to give us a quote for the above work and while he was here he actually completed the job to a exemplary standard even going the extra mile to finish the job much better than the person who originally put the shower in 👍 10/10
