The communication has been shocking from the start. From booking in appointments without notice (including the install), not going over the bathroom spec with us with, and excuse after excuse for delays in contacting us/fixing issues with our bathroom. It's FINALLY done after 7 months (aside from an issue we have chosen to fix ourselves due to not wanting further stress).
I would not recommend this company to anyone - don't be fooled by their high quotes as the price does not reflect the service provided!

This review does not align with the feedback provided to our engineers or office during the project. The full bathroom installation was completed and signed off, and we were told at the time that the finished bathroom was loved. The scores given for workmanship, communication, and reliability are therefore surprising, as the project involved multiple scheduled visits and ongoing coordination. Our wider body of reviews provides a more accurate reflection of the standards we work to.
