Done quickly and professionally with a friendly team

They were on time and completed the work in a professional manner and within the time estimated. The standard of cleaning was excellent and I shall be using them on a monthly basis from now on. I am very glad I found them.

Was quoted 4-5 hours for a deep clean. As soon as Kujtime realised it would take twice as long she told me and explained that she would go as quickly as she could to finish the rest of the house. I told her it wouldn’t matter if she missed a few bits but she managed to finish quicker than she thought and do everything that was requested. Huge thank you! It was a lovely surprise for my parents when they got back from holiday.

Initially good comms and negotiation. On the day due to start the work we were messaged to say breakdown of car meant the work would not happen. This is understandable and I had sympathy for the contractor, no problem with this. Unfortunately, further attempts to contact the company have resulted in ignored messages and no response. Meanwhile the customer is in difficulty. Challenges occur and in unexpected circumstances failing to undertake a job is perfectly acceptable, however the discrepancy of ignoring messages is a big failure.
