Mike installed a new gas pipe in to feed a cooker. He was speedy, clean and personable.

Rang Mike from Ecogas he came out the same day. Diagnosed the fault and ordered part. Returned the next morning to replace part. Boiler fixed and we have hot water again. I’m very happy with the worked carried out and will definitely recommend them.

Mike was professional throughout and went out of his way to help resolve the issue. His initial investigation work was thorough and he fixed a potential issue at no cost whereas he could have just suggested replacing an expensive part. Once we confirmed there was another leak in the boiler he looked at all options to get the best result. Only once the manufacturer confirmed that it would be almost as expensive to replace the part as a getting a new boiler did he go to that option. Work was carried out quickly and to a high standard.

I called Mike around two years ago needing an emergency appointment. He came quickly and fixed the problem with no hesitation. Since then Mike has done many jobs for us- from fitting radiators, to installing a new boiler, to putting in an external pump and many more jobs. He’s so reliable, great value for money (trust me I researched and trialled many companies and Mike at Eco Gas was the front runner by a long distance!). I really rate his expertise, he’s knowledgeable and skilled. Although we hire him for plumbing work, he’s a pleasure to have around which is a great bonus!

Contacted Mike from Ecogas. Prompt response and great communication. Arranged a date and time. Rang when on his way and arrived at agreed time. Found fault with diverter valve. Went off to collect replacement part and repaired the same day. Great service would highly recommend.
