  Gavin was excellent throughout and completed the work to a high standard. He communicated the work needed clearly and was very knowledgeable about how best to complete the job. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

  Fabulous new ensuite shower room!

  From start to finish Gavin gave an excellent, friendly professional service. Very clear in communications; so much so that there wasn't much to discuss throughout the job as everything was all in place before Gavin started - He just 'got on with it'. He turned up when he said he would and never left until he was happy he'd completed that day's task. Gavin organised the electrical work which dovetailed in really well (also excellent). The finished room ended up better than we could have imagined, and all done on-time. Thanks, Gavin!

  Work needed follow up repairs and was blocked when I attempted to communicate issues. Even if the repairs could be referred elsewhere and was beyond the remit of the company- to be blocked is entirely unprofessional
