  Christie called me the morning after our trade request to further understand the scope of the work required. She told me the team could help! Despite all surveyors being booked for the day, Christie requested a surveyor on their day off to visit our property since we had water leaking through the conservatory roof. Within 2 hours, Morgan arrived and diagnosed root cause of both issues and proposed appropriate remediation work. This included fixing the leaking roof free of charge the following morning. A full damp survey was provided with a competitive quote which we accepted.

  Very helpful and very professional team

  We had Eco Damp Solutions carry out work on my mum’s basement and covert it so she could use it. What was once a damp, cold, unusable space is now completely dry and practical. The team worked hard, kept everything neat, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s made a huge difference to the house, and Mum is over the moon with it. Couldn’t fault them at all.

  Happy, great service, best contractor

  Had DPC injection and DPM treatment done by Eco Damp Solutions and couldn’t be happier! Morgan and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything clean and tidy. The difference was instant — no more damp or musty smells, and the walls are now completely dry and ready for painting before Christmas. Great service from a company that truly cares.   Mould repair

  EDS treated mould in our home and did an amazing job! They were respectful, professional, and really knew their stuff. After cleaning, they installed a PIV unit and heat recovery units, the air feels fresher and smells cleaner. Two months on, no mould has returned, and humidity is much lower. We’re very happy and feel reassured by the guarantee. Highly recommend.
