The insulated roof has been badly fitted. 2 of the velux windows installed now leak. The rain pours off the roof and comes in through 2 doors and a window. Water pools off the roof and floods in through a door. Eclipse ignore my calls and contact. Eventually sent a surveyor and are now silent again about how they are going to rectify the problem.

Installed a new roof. Have been horrific from start to finish. Should have installed new flashing, as per standard protocols when installing a new roof. They didn't. It leaks like a sieve now and still hasn't been sorted over a year later...

Could not fault the speed and high standard of work.The team where polite and very helpful.Would recommend them.

On that busy October morning we in Marlborough Road, Shipley we’re looking forward to the work starting. Three friendly young men began to cover the attic and staircases ready to begin. The work was carried out by many teams. We met a lot of workers who were all friendly and hardworking and got to know them quite well.We did supply plenty cups of tea/ coffee, biscuits which were appreciated. We thought the standard of workmanship was good and are pleased with the end result. We liked the way your office kept in touch with us, and Paul looking after our interests. We will miss you all!

Absolute joke of a company. I am now in week 16 of a 2 week job! It’s been a total nightmare and I wish I’d never opened to door to them. Do not use this company.
