Paid £700 upfront to Eclipse Building & Roofing (Luke Clee Griffin) for materials on a £2,350 wall rebuild. He only bought a few bags of cement and sand, demolished the wall, and left the job unfinished. Then asked for an extra £300 to remove rubble which jas not been taken and later tried to increase his fixed quote by £1,200. Waste still not cleared. Very poor professionalism — I’m now seeking a refund. Not recommended.

From the quote right through to the finished job, Luke and his team were incredibly professional, even when I kept changing my mind during the works they still remained professional and nothing was too much trouble. Very high standard of work and the finished result is exactly what we wanted. We have no hesitation in recommending Luke and his team and have just instructed him to do a further job at the rear of our garden.

Luke was very quick to respond and understood the importance of having to get the work completed quickly, he communicated very well, timekeeping was excellent, went above and beyond to clear my bathroom and repairing the floor to a professional standard and came back in his own time to help when I had a couple of issues I couldn’t resolve myself! Had Luke at Eclipse Building & Roofing build our front pillars ready for our driveway gates. He installed new fencing around the edge of the driveway and we now have him booked in for our back garden renovation. Nothing was too much trouble, the work is faultless. A great company, would 100% recommend!
