  combi boiler conversion

  Jack came out to do a combi boiler conversion. Priced really well for the work he had carried out. Told me in all detail on what needed to be done and made sure that it was okay. Sorted out any issues straight away that occurred while doing the conversion. Kept everything clean. So polite and professional. Arrived on time when he said he would arrive. Would highly recommend to anyone ! I will be having my full bathroom changed by him.

  Outstanding service from start to finish. He was able to fit us in quickly and completed the job within a single day. When a minor issue came up, he responded promptly and resolved it without any hassle. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend EBT and will definitely be using their services again.

  Great service from Jack. He was upfront about the cost from the start, communicated everything clearly and concisely, and arrived right on time. He carried out a thorough check of the boiler and made sure everything was working properly. Also provided the certificate before leaving. Very professional and reliable, would definitely recommend!

  Jack contacted me quickly and offered a very reasonable price for my boiler service. This included a safety check on the gas oven , which I hadn't expected. When he did service the boiler there was an issue with a blockage to the expansion chamber. Jack did not want to start the work to unblock it in case the part needed replacing. He went away, orderedvthe part then returned to do the work. The part was not needed, he did manage to unblock it, which saved us money and there was not disruption to our heating or hot water. Thank you Jack, we would definitely recommend you 😃

  Absolutely brilliant service and competitive price. Called ahead and said he was running EARLY and asked if that would be okay. Work was carried out quickly and with no fuss. Will 100% be using going forward.
