  Jack responded really quickly to an urgent job that needed doing that weekend. He gave a competitive quote, turned up when he said he would and did the job. We found we needed some follow on activity with an electrician straight after, and when it was done he came back to safety check our boiler on another day, and didn't charge any extra for it - considering it to just be an unexpected part of the original quote. He was also happy to talk about other jobs and problems, including just giving general advice.

  Jack turned up on time and very polite. Serviced our boiler and safety checks on cooker and fire at very reasonable price. He even ordered, collected and fitted new universal coals on our fire. Would highly recommend.

  Supply boiler parts & fit them

  We had no hot water at all, Jack came, supplied & fit the part needed to get my hot water back within 20 minutes. I messaged Friday and was all fixed and done by Monday. Turned up on time and even after he’d left I had a few questions which he answered straight away! Highly highly recommend and will 100000% be using again!
