I asked Blerim to help me turn my ugly, bare-brick conservatory into the room of my dreams. Blerim and his team removed all the timber trims cleanly, which was not a small job, laid sub-flooring, put new insulated plasterboard in a perfect chequered pattern and then plastered all the walls to a standard I have never seen before. Blerim even came on a Sunday to install new window sills so I could keep to my schedule. The team supplied all the materials and took away all the rubbish. They worked fast and clean, were very discreet around the house and always extremely polite. Highly recommend.

Blerim and his team are highly skilled, professional, communicative and hardworking. They consistently go above and beyond and no challenge is too much for them. Underpinning (hand digging to a great depth), digging up old then creating a new wooden sprung floor, carefully fixing cracked inside and outside walls, ensuring safety of extension roof, plastering, painting, laying floor tiles, new patio with concrete base. All work completed to exceptionally high standards, with excellent quality materials. Very considerate to our needs - built a solid partition pre-works. 100% recommend.

Did exactly what I asked for and much more.

I highly recommend EBF for their excellent quality of work, project management and extreme tidyness. EBF has now overseen two projects for us: a full kitchen refurbishment including building works, installation of cabinets, bespoke carpentry and all decoration. Subsequently they have redecorated our living room, again with bespoke carpentry. Our kitchen project had a number of complexities to solve, which Blerim seamlessly managed creating a beautiful family space for us. He and his team work incredibly hard, are discreet and try to make the client's life as stress free as possible.

It was a bit daunting looking for a builder to tackle the water running down the bedroom wall in my new home. I am grateful that I chose Blerim and his team to undertake the task. EBF took down a chimney stack, installed a new flat roof, insulated and boarded a previously wonky ceiling, gutted and replastered a room, and painted the exterior of the house. I go back to EBF because I am confident that the work will be of a high standard, come at a fair price and the house will be left tidy. Blerim and the team are a lovely friendly bunch who are always courteous and turn up with a smile.

We are delighted with the work carried out by Blerim who fitted a new bathroom. It was actually quite a complex job as it involved marble mosaic flooring and marble wall tiles which are difficult to cut and fit. The end result is excellent. Blerim is also very thoughtful and helpful and went out of his way to help and advise along the way. This is so important when embarking on a lengthy and expensive job. We are very happy to give a positive reference for his work.
