Tom is a pleasant gentleman, and his team's work was excellent. His website and quote process are probably the best I’ve seen from any trade—clear, professional, and easy to use. However, communication at times was an issue. It took a while from accepting the quote to getting the job booked in - only to have to immediately rearrange it because it didn’t meet the timeframe we’d discussed when quoted. Emails and messages on Checkatrade went unanswered, and the office phone often went straight to voicemail. If Tom can improve his communication, he would go from good to excellent.

The Eazy Garden team aways arrive promptly, are well equipped, know what they're doing and clear up before leaving. We always have a discussion when they arrive about what needs to be done, and they always leave the garden looking much better than before they arrived. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

Efficient and friendly workers. Very tidy and hard working. They are doing a very good job. The updates and messages we get before their arrival are very useful.

Eazy Garden and Tom were brilliant from the first point of contact and Ed our team leader is so helpful and knowledgable. Anything they don't know they reach out to other members or look up the advice. The customer portal is really useful as well for requesting extra work. We were a bit nervy about paying a bit more for our gardeners but Eazy Garden are worth every penny.

This was Sam’s second visit. He did another great job cutting the grass and weeding. Very polite, tidy and considerate. 👍
