Absolutely fantastic service! The lock on my friend’s front door decided to stop working on boxing day. After frantically calling locksmiths, Jacob came in clutch and was able to get down to us. After a short while he was able to get in and fix the lock. He’s reassured us that if a new lock is needed, he’ll be available whenever we need
