I commissioned a house move. The initial communication was good. Packing went OK, but communication about the unloading was non-existent. It was done carelessly and too fast, causing damage to furniture/ decorations the new house. The customer service afterwards was terrible - dismissive and at times frankly rude. After a lot of wrangling, I went to the Ombudsman. While the compensation covered a proportion of the reparation costs, it did not negate the truly terrible experience caused by this company's failings - distressing (and time-consuming). I do not recommend them for a domestic removal

The company was extremely efficient in their organisation and when I took delivery, the employees were very kind, patient, helpful, professional, courteous and handled everything with great care.

I first used Easy Shipping in Dec 2020 when over 160 boxes of household goods arrived from Hong Kong by container but my rented flat could not hold all. The original service provider tested positive for Covid and they referred Easy Shipping to me for emergency removal. The boxes were stored in their warehouse in excellent condition for 2.5 years when finally I was able to move them out to my own flat. The team worked hard on both occasions and I am very grateful. Communication with office was easy. Highly recommend. Would use again.

I cannot recommend Easy Shipping highly enough - best removal company I have worked with. Everyone was very hardworking, and excellent at their job. Very efficient and careful.

Superb service from the team from quote to completion - really professional, flexible, excellent communications - Uber attentive and brilliant on the move days - so client focussed and nothing too much trouble. Efficient and hard working team - would recommend and use in a heart beat
